At Car Repair Docs, we sell digital products (PDF files) that are delivered manually after purchase. Customers do not receive an automatic download link at checkout.
After verifying that the order details are correct, our team prepares the requested file and delivers it via email to the address provided at the time of purchase.

Refund and Returns Policy

Since all our products are digital, we do not offer physical returns. However, we do provide a refund policy under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Refund:

  • File Access Issues: If you experience download or access problems that prevent you from receiving the product.
  • Wrong Product Delivered: If the product you received does not match the one you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order details and a short description of the issue.
  • File Defects: If the delivered file is defective (e.g., corrupted, unreadable, or missing pages), we will verify the issue and issue a 100% refund.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your digital manual.
  • Refunds are only applicable if the product is defective, incorrect, or not as described.

2. Refund Processing Time:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment method and bank. Any transaction or processing fees charged by the payment gateway may be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Deduction of Fees: If the payment processor charges a transaction or refund fee, it will be deducted from the total refund amount. If no fee applies, you will receive 100% of your payment back.

4. Refunds Will Not Be Granted If:

  • The customer fails to contact us within 48 hours of receiving the file.
  • The correct product was delivered as described.
  • The customer ordered the wrong item, and the file has already been sent.
